Our Faculty and Staff...
Our instructors and staff members are all approachable, friendly, and experienced. Here at VIVA we feel that continuous education is very important in keeping up in the dance industry. Every instructor at VIVA is either a college graduate, currently pursuing their college degree, or come to us with 20+ years experience in the dance industry. Many of our instructors also attend both regional and national conventions and master classes to keep up with new and innovative dance techniques and styles.
Smaller Class Sizes...
All of our recreational classes are limited to 8-14 students per class allowing for more individualized attention, creating an ideal learning environment. Students learn in a structured environment while having fun and embracing a love for the art of dance. VIVA also uses teaching assistants in almost every class for more one-on-one teaching time as well as to prepare those interested in becoming future instructors.
Affordable Prices...
Viva offers quality dance instruction at very reasonable prices, giving parents and students the most value for their money. Multiple class, family, and team discounts are all available to those who qualify.
Community Service...
Viva is commited to serving more than just our current customers in the area. We believe that these acts of community service will teach our dancers life lessons in giving and donating their time to those in need, a lesson we hope will carry for the rest of thier life! Viva currently provides free and reduced rate dance opportunities for the less fortunate through our Adopt-A-Dancer program. Over the last three years we have sponsored 8 children. The studio has also participated in the Dance Thru Time event to raise funds for the rebuilding of the River Raisin Battleground. This past December, Viva adopted a family through the Salvation Army to make sure that even with the economic struggle, they were all able to enjoy a wonderful Christmas. By pooling our resources, we were able to not only provide our adopted family with gifts, clothing, food, and other neccessity items... but also donated a large amount of toys and cash back to the Salvation Army for other families to enjoy! It was really a great experience! Most recently, Miss Nicci choreographed 3 dance routines for the Raisnville Elementary Diversity Presentation. She worked with over 100 of their amazing 1st-6th grade students on different routines promoting unity, equality, friendship, and hope to create an outstanding presentation!
