VDC Tuition Policies-
Tuition price has been calculated for the year divided into NINE payment installments, due on the 1st of each month. Tuition amount due will remain the same whether there are 3, 4, or 5 weeks in the month. Registration fee is due upon enrollment, this fee is non-refundable along with your first month tuition payment. Tuition payments for remaining months will be due on the 1st of each month and will be automatically charged to the credit/debit card you have provided in the Dance Studio Pro system. ACCOUNT HOLDER WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE AN ACTIVE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD OR BANK ACCOUNT ON FILE FOR THE SEASON. Please note... any account that has not been paid in full by the 7th of the month will incur a $10/student late fee. Refunds/credits are not available for missed classes. In the case VDC has to cancel a class for any reason and your class is not offered a minimum of 32 lessons for the year, a make-up opportunity will be provided. Please note that make-up classes may be provided virtually in the case the studio has to close due to unforeseen circumstances or inclement weather. If we are not able to provide a make-up opportunity, studio credit will be issued for the missed class(es). CLASS DROPS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING BY THE 20TH OF THE MONTH IN ORDER TO AVOID BILLING FOR THE FOLLOWING MONTH. We do not offer refunds or credit for classes not attended.
Holiday Costume Fees will be billed with November Tuition and due by November 1st. Spring Costume fees will be billed with February tuition and will be due by February 1st! Late costume orders are not guaranteed and ALL COSTUME FEES PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE COSTUME HAS BEEN ORDERED!

30 minute Semi-Private Lesson (2 students)- $18- Senior Instructor/$13- Junior Instructor
30 minute Semi-Private Lesson (3 students)- $12 per student- Senior Instructor/ $9 per student- Junior Instructor
30 minute Small Group Lesson (4-6 students)- $10 per student- Senior Instructor/$7 per student- Junior Instructor
* Please note that Private and Semi-Private times will be limited and scheduled on a first-come-first serve basis

Sibling Discount- Discount valid on all standard group class rates only, must be same household and customer account
2nd Child- 5% Discount
Additional Children- 10% Discount
Company Sibling Discount- 20% off standard group class rate (does not include solo, duet, trio time)
